Talent Acquisition Assistant with German

As Talent Acquisition Assistant with German you will be:

  • taking part in full cycle of recruitment
  • sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
  • implementing Employer Branding strategy
  • preparing the on-boarding of new employees
  • managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centers
  • organizing and attending job fairs, networking events as required
  • updating system data and preparing relevant paperwork
  • compelling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • effective and appropriate handling of sensitive data and information
  • collaboration and effective communication with internal HR team
  • participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs

You are a perfect candidate if you:

  • Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Are fluent in GERMAN (both spoken and written)
  • Have a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills
