As Talent Acquisition Assistant with German you will be:
- taking part in full cycle of recruitment
- sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
- implementing Employer Branding strategy
- preparing the on-boarding of new employees
- managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centers
- organizing and attending job fairs, networking events as required
- updating system data and preparing relevant paperwork
- compelling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
- effective and appropriate handling of sensitive data and information
- collaboration and effective communication with internal HR team
- participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs
You are a perfect candidate if you:
- Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Are fluent in GERMAN (both spoken and written)
- Have a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Have excellent communication skills
