International Recruiter

As International Recruiter you will:

  • Taking part in full cycle of recruitment
  • Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
  • Implementing Employer Branding strategy
  • Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centers
  • Organizing and attending job fairs, networking events as required
  • Updating system data and preparing relevant paperwork
  • Compelling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Effective and appropriate handling of sensitive data and information
  • Collaboration and effective communication with internal HR team
  • Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs


You are a perfect candidate if you have:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent Spanish/ Italian/ German / French (one from above)
  •  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize actions
